Forget lugging around bulky roto-zips - with the 1104's you just bend the armor to break it, twist the cable to loosen the armor and put a diagonal cut on it. Then cut back the plastic "snake skin" with the same tool. Saves tons of time and the pain of carrying around another tool. These work better than dykes because they are longer and have a rounded - not pointed - tip. I don't even have a roto-zip in my toolbag anymore. They also do pretty much everything dykes can do. Klein quality on a tool you'll use as much as your Kleins.

Used to cut BX with a rotosplit and diagonal cutters. This eliminates 30 seconds per cut. I broke a pair on some mid-1920's hardened steel BX, but on new soft steel BX never a problem. I've cut up to 12/4 with it with no resistance.
